This Listing is for ONE RARE Royal Doulton (D6322) LARGE Character Jug of THE CLOWN (3rd Colourway/Variation) with WHITE Hair. Hard To Find (HTF) as it was Originally Issued for Only 5 years (1951-1955)! Made in ENGLAND. Approximately 5” Wide x 6.5” Tall and 7.25” from Front Pouring Spout to the Back of the Handle!
This HTF White Hair Royal Doulton Clown Jug is in Good Condition (No Chips/FleaBites, Scratches, or Damage/Restoration... just some scattered Crazing that sort of ADDS to his “Craziness”! (see photos).
Actually some ceramic collectors appreciate crazing as a verification of authenticity as it consists of very thin cracks in the clear glaze on top of the painted layer of the Earthenware.
