Violin Condition: Near-mint, free of any structural defects. There may be minor traces of prior use but there are no blemishes or noticeable scratches.
Fittings: Ebony.
Strings: Thomastik-Infeld Dominant (in very good condition).
Bow: Yamaha bow (in very good, play-ready condition - full hair).
Accessories: KUN shoulder rest; rosin; Yamaha documentation.
Case: original Yamaha deluxe case - includes a shoulder strap, violin blanket, and key. The synthetic leather trimmings on the outside show ageing, but in excellent condition otherwise.
This is a high quality advanced violin that would be suitable for the serious student. The instrument is characterized by a rich and sweet, yet powerful sound. Fully hand-carved from fine quality, thoroughly seasoned and aged woods. Features a high grade Spruce top and finely flamed Maple neck, back and sides.
There are no cracks, repairs, or any other structural defects. In excellent condition cosmetically. Near-mint overall.
Upgraded with Thomastik Dominant strings.
