Violin 4/4 - Sebastian Kunchen, Boston 1997 - professionally appraised.Sadly, I'm finally selling the instrument I played as a music student. It's a beautiful violin made in Boston in 1997, made of spruce and maple with an orange-brown finish with heavy antiquing and gorgeous flaming on the back and sides. It's in good condition (though the finger board probably needs a re-plane) and was appraised in Austin, TX, by Terra Nova Violins at a value of 00 (see photo of appraisal report).
Would make a wonderful instrument for an advanced student, teacher, or semi-pro.
Optionally comes with a case and one wooden and one carbon fiber bow. These are roughly student quality; I think I bought the carbon fiber one for . The case is old and pretty heavy, but it works. :-)
Prefer a local pickup somewhere in Austin, but shipping is possible.
