In good condition , has a repair for a crack on the headstock ,looks really solid.neck is good frets are fair , plays and sounds good with good action , made in the late 60s in USA, has a few digs nothing major comes with a really nice Road Runner hard case .the case alone is worth 50 dollars or more, guitar has been cleaned frets polished with new strings
