Ladies Winnie the Pooh watch from Disney/Sii Marketing
I believe this is late 1990s
I have tested it and it works but I am not including a new battery.  Takes size 377 - easy to find at the grocery store.
Watch band is leather but is splitting on the back surface.  Scuffs on back and edges.
