The brochure has 18 pages and measures 10" by 13 1/2"
Condition: See photos for exact condition. This brochure has a 2" tear on the inside cover folder section, some tears / bends along the left edge of the rear cover, a bend to the lower right corner and some other surface wear. Overall, still a nice piece for its age
