on the tags......these were expensive in the day..
.Very unique sculptured wire bases...with one of a kind piece of art design....not made today..or ever will again..
..The frames have light rust from sitting around for years of storage....and could be easily restored if wanted....or could use them as is ..with the patina look ...a little work would make them new again...either way  .....
