Hand crafted in San Diego, CA by luthier John Kinnard for Dell' Arte, this Grande Bouche gypsy jazz acoustic features all solid tone woods, producing a tone that's exceptionally loud & powerful, yet sweet & clear. We don't often come across these models, but when we do, they tend not to last long here in the shop due to their coolness & rarity. Professionally inspected & set up by the experts here at Cream City Music with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused with typical mild play wear - some minor dents & dings; various surface scratches, but very clean for the most part. There was a little bit of seam separation in the top, but was professionally repaired by us - glued & cleated with no playability issues.
Neck: Nicely rounded, wide profile mahogany neck with gold side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Slotted headstock with vintage-style tuners in perfect working condition. 1 7/8" width bone nut with zero fret; 25 1/2" scale length.
Body; Single cutaway with tortoise-bound top & back. Solid spruce top with Grande Bouche soundhole & multi-ring rosette. Chrome tailpiece with floating ebony bridge & clear pickguard. Solid maple back & sides. 16" lower bout width; 4" depth. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 3 lbs 14.2 oz.
Case: Hardshell case included.
