Built in 2008, this legacy model is in excellent plus condition with original Taylor hardshell case. This guitar features a rich, bold, bright and focused tone, and is one of the most beautiful guitars ever made by Taylor.  The highly figured Maple back and sides add a bright clear sound that is reliable across the entire fretboard, and were specially engineered by Taylor to produce a greater warmth, complexity, volume, sustain and responsiveness. The Ebony fretboard assures smooth and clear articulation and phrasing, and sounds great whether one is flat picking a country tune, or playing a complex jazz piece.The bridge is also made of Ebony.  The onboard Expression System is a proprietary pick-up/preamp that works like a high quality microphone, and gives off a warm, natural acoustic sound.  The sound hole is ringed with Abalone inlay, and the headstock sports an Indian Rosewood veneer.
