The pictures are taken in our factories by ourselves. Each guitar is different from others because of the light in room or some other reasons .So there are maybe some differences between the pictures and the guitar you get. Every guitar cannot be the same in 100%, the pictures of the guitar that you see is just one of them. If you want some details about the guitar, please contact me.
RETURN POLICY
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is message your Sales Engineer. He or she will take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy.
What if I receive a defective product?
We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is Broken or defectove product, please return it within 3 days after you received it, and keep it good condition same we sent ,can;t miss any of parts ! After we receive the item, we will give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t pay return the shipping cost if not our guitar quality question .. If you want do replacement  it, we can send new one to you ,then we will offer shipping lable to you  , if you just want replacment parts (if it is parts reason ), we can free send the parts to you .Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order it!
How to Make a Return?
We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you. To make a return. please check the order and open the return case will be fine .
Please write the Item of number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.
The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact.
When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.
CUSTOMS DUTY
Our pricing does not include customs duties. But do not worry, we can provide an invoice with a very low value, you may need to pay little or no customs duties. About the duties, Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products.  But if you no want to pay the customs and lead to  guitar back to us , you need payment our usd 100 shipping  cost .
