This is the top-of-the-line Peerless acoustic-electric model, I estimate about 11 years old.  Super Jumbo body (17" lower bout), archback, Venetian cutaway with honeyburst color, gold plated hardware and beautiful appointments all around (see photos).  This beauty is a cannon.  The Fishman Prefix Plus-T has a built-in chromatic tuner.  The hardshell case is in great shape and very comfortable to transport.  Since I've owned it it's been kept in a smoke-free, humidity controlled house, rarely taken out except for playing at church once in a while.  The only flaw is small.  The previous owner put a strap button on the body shell.  This part of a guitar is not substantial enough for this sort of duty and of course the button screw worked itself loose.  I reinstalled the strap button on the neck heel, and put some filler in the small hole left by the original placement.  The last photo shows this.  The guitar will be shipped freshly re-strung.
