    Description

    ONE OF A KIND, old violin labeled FRANK J. RUSIN, 1931 Washington WA. Must See!
    The violin is a beautiful piece of art with a very uplifting red varnish, very proudly made and beautiful.
    The violin is overall in good structural condition, cosmetically ok, but needs some TLC because the bubble plastic left some marks on the back side, please see the pics for details. Some TLC will bring it back to the happy life it once had.
    I see minor scratches and dings. The violin is in playable condition and I don't see any major problems to report.
    I saw a sound sample on the occasion I bought it and it sounded amazing, then I left it sleeping in the case since I've bought it about 3 years ago.
    There are two visible saddle cracks well repaired but visible, check pics.
    The violin sounds professional,  with good resonance in higher registers strong character, and clear definition in the lowers. Meddle frequencies sound mellow and expressive. Easy to play and could benefit from a new professional setup check, seems ok the way it is.
