Offering is a very beautiful full size old violin, labeled: Petrus Guarnerius Filius Joseph Cremonensis Fecit Vnetijs anno 1746. The violin presents a very rich golden-brown varnish over golden ground. Because of her age, the violin has some varnish scratches and some small, professionally repaired cracks, grafted scroll with bushed peg-holes. Ready to play with new ebony fittings, new bridge and new strings. Length of back is 35,9 cm, whole length 59,3 cm, full size. The sound is powerful, warm, deep and rich. I have taken high quality pictures so hopefully the details of the violin can be shown.
