    Description

    Nice dug Union Civil War cavalry carbine "Bat Wing"  sling tip. It was riveted to the end of the leather carbine sling belt. It has a good looking field green patina. All three rivets are still attached. It was dug near Corinth, Mississippi. It measures approximately 2 3/8" wide and 1 1/16" tall.
