    Mola Demi 22" Beauty Dish
    No diffuser or adapter included, what you see in the pictures is it. This particular example seems to have a more yellowish tinge to the interior coating than others. The last picture shows this item (right) next to my other Mola Demi (left). As you can see it's a touch more yellow.
