The Master Lock Pro Series Padlock With BumpStop technology was designed for use in harsh outdoor conditions. These padlock features a plastic cover that protects the heavy steel body from adverse weather conditions including dirt, mud, grime, rain, and ice. The BumpStop technology employs an innovative, patent pending design which utilizes a unique reverse rake tapered driver pin, high performance springs, and a tightly machined cylinder chambers. During a bump attempt, this design prevents the transfer of force from the bump key to the pins and therefore blocks the rotation of the cylinder so that the lock remains locked. This Master Lock Pro series lock features a 2 1/8" wide heavy steel body, and is also 1 1/2" tall, and has a 5/16" diameter hardened baron alloy shackle for superior cut resistance.
