    Description

    This fan when open measures approx. 15"x27".
    Made with fluffy dyed marabou turkey feathers which have been dyed black and beautiful  Peacock eye feathers at the tip.
    Each fan has 21 decorative plastic staves, all nicely feathered,  each connected to a metal ring at the bottom.
    Each fan has a color coordinated tassel tied onto the metal ring.
    The plastic stave (base) of the fan measures 7.5"x12".
