I will be listing as  "BUY IT NOW" - because of limited time to list and monitor.  There may be some "Auction" type it I feel they merit the extra time involved BUT many times I list  low to moderate pricing just to sell the item.
Most of my time is being spent now  cleaning up 5.3 acres of what was once a  semi-junk yard its time consuming and been a lot of surprises
Just want out of here and into my new house which was finished April 2021 before another winter lack of furniture, bookcases and other items has prevented it from happening - its not been easy.  I am old (over 65), exhausted, discouraged at times and many night s very little sleep or no sleep;  but keep on going like the engergizer bunny tho I feel I am to tired to keep on going but have to.
