Huss and Dalton DS Custom 12 fret guitar...low serial number, abalone top

Up for consideration is a 2001 Huss and Dalton DS Custom Acoustic guitar. This guitar is in excellent condition. No cracks or repairs. There is a very small chip on the top of the headstock that can be seen in the picture showing the tuners. No undisclosed problems. This is a great sounding and playing guitar with tone and volume to spare. This was custom ordered in the early 2000's. It has an Abalone inlay around the top. The top is spruce but I'm not sure what kind of spruce it is. The back and sides are Indian Rosewood. The bindings are flame maple. The neck is Mahogany with an Ebony Fretboard. This was ordered with a 12 fret to the body neck. The frets look like new. There are a lot of reflections in the pictures from my bad photography, sorry. The action height at the 12 fret is about 3/16ths  on the bass side and a little lower than that on the high E side. The serial number is 429 which according to some web sites dates it to 2001. I am the second owner of this guitar and have owned it about 7 years. The guitar has been housed in a humidified case in a non smoking house. I have hardly played this in the time I have had it and have never played out with it. If you are looking for a great sounding boutique Guitar this might fill the bill.
