"Guitars from this era are known as the "lawsuit era" copies because, before they were prevented from doing so, companies such as Greco and Tokai used to manufacture identical replicas of the big USA-made names (Gibson, Fender, etc.) in the 1970s and 1980s and import them for cheaper than what the originals were going for!" (1)
The serial number for this guitar is 20603. The model number is 626. I am not sure what year this guitar was made, but other sources online point to that it was likely 1970s.
45718 is the number printed inside the guitar.
Width of the neck at the nut looks to be about 1.75".
Condition
Very good. One scrape on the edge of the head of the guitar. A few very light scrapes on the back. Some light scuff on the front of the guitar near the bridge. (photographed and in video). No bellying as far as I can tell. The neck is pretty straight too, doesn't appear to be diving or anything. Can provide additional photos.
The case is in OK condition. The plastic is peeling off from the bottom (look at the left bottom side in the case picture), but as far as being a usable hard shell case, it works fine.
Shipping
This guitar will be shipped in a hard shell case surrounded by a cardboard box. It will be packed well -- I have sold over 00 of instruments in the past and have had no problems.
