A vintage, 19 Fret. Mahogany Gibson Acoustic Neck from 1972. The Trapezoid inlays & the 19 fret fingerboard are indicative of a Gibson J-160E. Original finish with serial number 624952 and Made In USA visible. The numeral 2 is stamped beneath USA.Frets & fingerboard in good shape. The 1 11/16” nut is solid and intact. Truss rod cover is missing. Wedge shaped piece of hardwood will need to be fabricated and glued into place at the heel in order to fabricate the dovetail joint. Hole drilled in the treble side of the heel to accommodate a strap button. Overall condition of the 50 year old neck is quite good. Shipping and insurance are 40
