FRANCISCAN CS7 Vintage 40” Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Korea Poor Condition

You are looking at a nice Franciscan dreadnought acoustic guitar. These were made in Korea. I believe it’s an ebony fretboard, but I could be wrong.
Length: approx 40”
Scale: approx 25 3/8”
Nut: approx 1 5/8”
Physicals Note:
Poor overall physical condition. This is because of the damage pictured at the neck joint. It obviously had a fall head first. The nut is also loose and will need to be reattached There are visible marks and dings from use and storage. Please refer to the pictures for more detail.
