Very fine contemporary French violin bow - Jules Pajeot A Paris. Weight is 60 grams. Bow is stamped 123 on underside of the stick which matches the number 123 on the certificate. Made in the famous Gilles Chancereul Workshop in France. The Pernambuco wood used has been aged for over 75 years and is from Louis Bazin’s old stock of wood. African ebony frog and fine sterling silver mounting. A beautiful hand crafted bow that handles and sounds comparable to bows > ,000. This is a professional level bow at an excellent price point.
