You are looking at a nice Epi by Epiphone dreadnought acoustic guitar. These were from the 90s. I believe it’s an rosewood fretboard, but I could be wrong. Sounds good.

Scale: approx 25 5/8”
Nut: approx 1 3/4”
Physicals Note:
Very Good overall physical condition. There are few visible marks and dings from use and storage. Please refer to the pictures for more detail.
