I bought this several years ago with the intent of learning to play but never had the time so played with it very little while it sat around taking up space. It's good as new aside from the external case showing storage wear and the screws on it are rusted. They send this with a cheap case so a new one would be a good idea for you intend to keep this.
All accessories that I got come with it, 2 bows, a few extra strings, the rosin, the case, and a few other small parts.
It is basically good as new with very little usage. I was always super careful with it as I was afraid of breaking it like wet toilet paper.
I didn't get a tuner with my kit so there is no tuner here
