This is a Traditional-size/scale (1:9) "Western Riding Accessory Set" from Breyer (No 1384).  Included are:  a lasso, saddle pad, splint boots, skid boots & quirt.  There's some dust(?) under the plastic.  Otherwise, new old stock (factory sealed).  Please
