Breyer nylon halter with lead rope for breyer toy horse

Description

These are from 2007.  They are still offered for sale, but the packaging is different & the colors I think have slightly changed.  The packages are dirty (under the plastic), old price markings on the package, etc. but the halters appear to be OK.  The price hasn't changed much... these usually run around to for new ones.
