Here is a beautiful and rare 4/4 violin made in Chicago in the early 1900s by Percy Dirking. The length of the back is 357. Its very comfortable to play.
The violin is in very good condition for its age and has a very beautiful rich tone. The golden varnish is lovely. Gorgeous choice of tone woods There are no cracks or repaired cracks to the instrument. The tone is responsive and pleasing. Nice richness and beautiful quality to work with. A real American handmade gem! Im sure the next owner will treasure it.
