    Description

    Nice and old 4/4 violin with a very nice 1 part back. . The label inside reads  "Jacobus Stainer in Absam Prope oenipontum 1683" .   (Its an old Stainer copy, of course) The length is 59,2cm/ 23 1/4inch. The body is 35,8cm (14 1/8 inch). The 1 part back is beautifully flamed. There are no  cracks but the back is partly a bit loose.  . Instrument needs to be repaired, serviced , and cleaned. If you have any questions, please ask.
