  • Condition: This 4/4 elegant Old Antique French violin Guarneri model was made by workshop Parisian luthier Paul Beuscher around 1920. This French violin is presenting the features that are responsible for the great international success of French violins: a specific sense for aesthetic appearance, with a gentle but high arching, fine purfling, that is inlayed very near to the tender edges, a scroll as it is typical French style, and a very good selection of tonewoods, especially the beautifully flamed maple of the one-piece back. In addition to the optical appearance the violin features very good acoustic qualities: powerful players will love the clear, mature sound, which is radiant in the upper ranges.
