4/4 Karl Hofner No. 7 violin with hard case and bow

Description

This Karl Hofner 4/4 violin has some varnish damage, but that doesn't stop it from being a great instrument!  It retailed for over 00 new!
My daughter, who played violin and viola in college, tested this instrument and found it to play very nicely!
The violin comes equipped with built-in tuners.  The instrument tunes easily and stays where it's supposed to!
The back of the instrument is beautifully flames.  Unfortunately, the previous owner used a rubbery shoulder rest that stuck to the back of the instrument.  As a result, the varnish is damaged and softened, which makes it a little sticky.  Obviously, it doesn't affect the playability of the instrument, but is a bit unsightly.  The rest of the violin's body is in very good condition, although it does have the usual scratches and minor dents that is normal for used instruments.
The bow is nothing special, but is in very good, useable condition.
The hard-sided case is also in used condition, and shows the normal signs of wear. . The latches work well.
