    Description

    This is a 2016 Capitani Viotti Varnished Full Size Violin with Case and Composite Bow. This violin is perfect if you’re looking to upgrade your instrument heading into high school or college or just enjoy playing violin. Everything is set up and comes ready to play out of the box. The violin is 5 years old and is hand-made out of Flamed Maple for the back and sides and has a hand-craved spruce top. The violin is used but in great condition with only very light chips and dings to the varnish. The strings are brand new D’addario Dominants. The bow is an unnamed carbon fiber bow that is in need of a rehair. There is a scratch in the upper left-hand C bout and I documented the damage in photos above. The case also is missing a screw for the front pocket. I also included some additional items at no additional cost such as rosin, tuner, shoulder rest and bow. I no longer play violin so I’m looking to sell it. It was a great instrument to me and now I want to pass it on so someone else can enjoy it.
