This truck was modified with a wheelchair lift which allows for the truck to be driven from a power chair. His truck is also outfitted with hand controls. This custom conversion was a cost of ,000.
Exterior
2012 4WD Chevy Silverado crew cab with wheelchair lift. Driver side conversion allows for handicap person to drive. this truck has been lifted to allow the conversion to work properly. This truck has 4 new General tires and four wheel alignment as of 6/10/2021. The battery Was purchased new and installed this past fall of 2020. This battery is a high output CCA battery. The seats inside are leather. This lift system is electric and works with relays. i’ve been fortunate to been able to replace and work on the lift system here at the house. I can show the future owner how to work on and replace parts. The drivers seat is on a custom built wheeled bass which allows for anybody to drive the truck as a normal operation. this truck does have some dents and scratches. I have noticed the transmission hesitates around 35-40 MPH. The truck has been at a transmission shop and they have found nothing wrong. I only use mobile one synthetic oil. The underneath of the truck is clean and coated to protect the frame from rust.
