2011 Martin Custom Shop D-21 Podium Adirondack Top

Description

Here's a 2011 Martin Custom Shop acoustic guitar - based on a D-21, built for The Podium music store back in 2011.   The guitar has light playwear and is in excellent condition.
The top has a few very light indents and and the back has some light clear coat scratches-  and that's about it.   The pick guard has pick marks - not all that surprising in the grand scheme of things..
The action is low - just outside 3/32's and she plays beautifully.
The neck is straight and it has a nice set up. The nut is 1.70". Overall- a very solid 9++ out of 10- probably higher.
Superbly aged and opened up.
