2007 Martin D-15 Acoustic Guitar w/ Martin Hard Case. Dreadnought, Ready to Play

It's a classic Martin acoustic guitar.
With a serial number of 1,264,363, Martin built it in 2007.
With a 15-5/8" lower bout, it's a dreadnought, model D-15.
Except for one thing, it's in very nice, near excellent, condition. It does have a repaired maybe 2" or 3" crack on the top lower bout bass side, right by the edge. It's been professionally repaired with CY glue. See photo #11.
Structurally and functionally, it's in great shape. The neck is firmly on with no separation at the heel. The bridge is firmly down with no lifting. 12th fret
action
is awesome at 5/64".
It comes in the original Martin hard case, which is fully functional. The case handle, latches, and hinges all work. It comes with a leather strap (marked BOB); a string winder; a Hamilton metal capo; a pitch pipe; and a box of picks.
It's a great All-American guitar, ready to play.
