1987 Guild D-40 Acoustic Guitar D40 W/ OHSC

Description

I believe this to be a custom one of few D40s built in the 80s. It is of exceptional build quality with a gorgeous roasted top and dark back/sides/neck. It plays very well and has a crisp, booming tone to it.
No signs of lifting binding anywhere. The bridge is strong and flush against the body. The frets are a nice medium profile and won't require work for quite some time. This guitar is ready to be put to work.
The action is medium but I can lower it upon request. Currently strung up with 13s for ultimate projection but if you purchase just let me know what strings you like prior and ill put them on for you. Any questions, please feel free to ask!
