Up for your consideration is an original 12 page brochure for the 1959 Mercury Monarch Mark II models for the Canadian market.  Included are the Sceptre, Richelieu and Lucerne lines.  It
measures 14"
x 11" and
in very good
condition showing light cover wear from use and storage and a 1" tear along fold at top and bottom of spine.  It details the features, specifications and standard and optional equipment available for these models.  It is nicely pictured and detailed and this is the larger prestige version.  I have the smaller foldout type brochure for this model listed as well.
